I ordered two chainsaw chains, but when the Royal Mail package came, it was empty, and had a Royal Mail envelope around it explaining that they think something is missing or damaged, and telling me how to claim on the Royal Mail website. But instead I wrote to All Mower Parts, and they dispatched 2 new chains to me straight away, which arrived the next day, in perfect condition! Thank you for dealing with my problem so quickly, this is very good service.
