I ordered two Briggs and Stratton mower parts. They arrived ok but unfortunately one item was not the type that I required. The other item I ordered in error. The seller agreed to take them back with an 8.5% handling charge. Communication for this transaction was good. The only problem is they do not provide a phone contact, everything must be done thriugh email. In addition the address for 'All Mower Parts' is not listed at the post code provided
