I contacted alloutdoor.co.uk regarding a quality issue on a jacket I bought some time ago, I didn't hold much hope, but Marc smashed all my expectations, keeping me updated as he liaised with the supplier all the way through to a perfect resolution. Credit where it's due, alloutdoor.co.uk will be getting orders from me in the future based on the strength of the recent service, an absolute pleasure to deal with.
