The service overall was good but the returns policy was a bit outdated (not to mention expensive!) There was no option to return it via collect + etc so had to arrange for it to be returned via Hermes which cost just over £8. This was good though compared to the quote I got via Royal mail though which was £14!. Then when I checked the amount put back into my account there was approximately £3 less refunded than I had paid for the goods so another £3 down on an order that I didn't even unwrap or keep!
