Choice of goods, prices and use of website were all great. The package was also dispatched quickly, however it was not trackable despite me being given a RM tracking number by the company. When the package arrived the postman told me it wasn’t a tracked item so I’ve taken a star off, as being able to track the item so I’m in when it arrives is very important to me.
