The agent we used suddenly stopped replying to any of our messages and soon as it came to the end of our contract, which included not giving us back our 4,000aed deposit we placed for the apartment. If it helps his name was Chris - in case this was an isolated case by this agent.
I'm guessing they also told the landlord to ignore us as we tried to reach out to them and they also suddenly began ignoring us at this moment. Very shady and untrustworthy agency. Better to avoid and use another agency.
