I oredered an item. it was handled very quick to the courier partner but after that stucked by them because of "wrong zip code" even the adress was right. After contacted customer support it wos told to me : we cant do anything, please try to contact our partner and resolve the case?? Afte rthat i have no new informations and from the customer support there is no response.
