I ordered a bicycle from alltricks and they sent me the wrong size. Four months later I'm still trying to get my money back. These guys did everything, and I mean everything they could wrong.
You should not treat customers this way, we worked very hard for our money and deserve to get it back if the supplier made a mistake.
