Didn't receive my item when I paid extra to have it delivered next day, there were no email sent I called and the recilptionist although nice didn't know jack all about order or the company.
I got a response to my email a day lare after opening a paypal dispute. They said that they would have the item sent to me on Saturday and nothing came AGAIN!! no emails, no phone call and no explanation!!!
I asked for a refund for the extra I paid for next day delivery and again NOTHING!
