It is now 23rd September and my furniture was due for delivery on 21st September. I have tried to contact both yourselves and the delivery company numerous times and have still heard nothing back from either of you. I spoke to a young lady on Friday who said she would pass my message on and that someone would get back to me, I am still waiting. I have to say that I am very disappointed in the service, at the moment I certainly wouldn't recommend you to anyone and I don't know if I would order from you again. You have my money and I have no furniture and have no idea where it is and it seems you don't either. Not a very good scenario is it. If I don't hear from you on Monday I want a full refund or I will take this further. I am really sorry to be like this, I am quite a patient person and understand that the world doesn't run perfectly, we all have hiccups and do the best we can to deal with them, however, nothing seems to be being done about this one.
