Dreadful company.
Ordered a chair for next day delivery (at additional cost). 5 days later, I am still waiting for it to arrive. I have called 3 times, and on each occasion been assured that the manager will be looking into it, and that he would be calling me back. To date, I have received no call from the manager.
I will be involving Trading Standards if this isn't resolved by the end of today.
Shocking experience.
