I had ordered the wrong colour for a tv unit I purchased, I sent a couple of emails they didn't respond as quickly as I thought but they did respond in time before my delivery. I had notifications of when my item would arrive which was great and it arrived when they said it would. I had read some poor reviews but overall they were good and I would purchase from them again
