My order was delivered to the wrong address and was refused. I managed to find out where the attempted delivery was made and e-mailed your company with the correct delivery address. The order was then re-scheduled for Monday.
The order did not arrive so I thought I would go to the incorrect delivery address and see if they had tried to deliver it there again. Luckily some kind person accepted the order so I was able to have the order.
I have not yet unpacked or assembled the furniture as I am waiting for my re-decoration to be completed but if the delivery is anything to go by I do not hold out much hope.
I could have accepted the initial mistake but after e-mailing the correct delivery address, which was pointless, I remain totally unimpressed.
