I order a supplement for my dog that needs to be kept cold in transit. Previously I'd purchased this product from another website which promised to pack it in ice to withstand the time in transit and arrive at my door cold. Well, it was the most half-assed packaging job I ever saw, and the product was not only room temp when I got it, it was also soaking wet from the condensation on the ice packs, which were just thrown into the open box and not secured around the product. All Vet said they'd package my order properly - I ordered extra ice packs - and I couldn't have done it better myself. Not only that, it got here in two days, and it was COLD. I was very impressed overall and will order this product (and others) from them from now on.
