I have been using ALPCAPS for a couple of months now. The platform is easy to navigate and the tools are helpful, especially for someone who is not an expert in trading. The AI insights are a nice touch, though I still prefer to double check things on my own. One thing that could really be improved is the live chat support. It exists, but responses are often delayed and sometimes it feels like no one is there. I ended up emailing instead, which worked better. Overall it is a decent experience. Not perfect, but it does the job and has helped me get more organized with my investments.
