I was impressed by the communication between myself and ALPHA PHARM when ordering the product. They were quick to respond when there was issues with the etransfer process. My only comment is that they should highly recommend that you purchase the BACTERIOSTATIC water from the company at the same time. It has been almost impossible for me to secure it from any local pharmacies (4 tried) as it is not a commonly used product.
