They should be ashamed of themselves the way they treat there customers my Daughter and her friends were to go on thete first holiday in July, unfortunately we had to cancel back in March because there leaving cert was falling on the dates they were going but Alpharooms kept taken the money out of my Daughter's account, we found out that the hotel wasn't opening at all this year and the flights were cancelled, Aer Lingus refunded the money back into Alpharooms account and they were to refund it back into my daughter's account they still haven't. Alpharooms never told us that the hotel wasn't opening we had to ring the hotel in Mallorca ourselves, they are now trying to say that we breached, our contact because we missed payments, which we didn't because we have back statements from the bank, will all payments that are payed I wouldn't recommend them at all and we will never use them ever again.
