Fees are super high - customer care is non existent. Your crypto withdraws just disappear for 5 days at a time.
If there’s one person that reads this and decides to not open an account I am happy.
ZERO starts for these people.
You have to constantly beg and follow up just to get any response from them.
Any issues I have always take over a week to just get a response let alone fix the problem.
