We ordered some material which was quite urgent and, after a few days and no communication about the order, I rang Amaroc to find out that one of the items was not in stock, had to be order to the factory in Ireland with 10 working days delivery time. The person on the phone was nice, competent and courteous however an important information as the 10 days delivery time should have been communicated a.s.a.p.
