It is so difficult to get your prescription, set up, even difficult to get ahold of someone. This whole process and system is terrible. I’ve been spending hours like 3+ hours a day calling and trying to get through. Everyone says something different, and even my doctor says it’s terrible. If you can get your medication through CVS, Walmart, or somewhere else do it. Save your sanity.
