I have had one of the most difficult and stressful experiences with Amazon Elite Publishers and after not fulfilling their promises, they are avoiding my numerous attempt's for my refund. They actually told me to have my bank refund me. Don’t work with these people. Terrible customer service and care! I’m still waiting for my refund after 3 months and they won’t respond to any calls or emails. It’s always someone will get back to me. They are stealing peoples money!!! Ryan Chase was my project manager and he has no customer service.
