A total scam. Kept asking for more money- George Carter, which I am sure is not his real name, comes across as helpful, but this is a total ripoff. How can he spend his entire day as a con artist- totally took advantage of a well-meaning 86 year old. Disgusting! They have nothing to do with the Amazon company- difficult to believe they do this scam without any concern about consequence. They are a pathetic!
