My experience with Amazon Publishing Labs was not pleasant at all. They did publish my book but, in the process they came to me looking to sign me up for a Marketing Campaign, which I did. The cost for the campaign was significant and they made many promises regarding their ability to generate sales through their digital marketing capabilities. During the entire 5 month engagement I dealt with three different project managers. Two of the three continued to try to sell me more services and I finally realized they couldn't be trusted. I asked them to refund me four months of the nine month campaign but, they ghosted me after a few discussions. I would not suggest using Amazon Publishing Labs.
