Fortunately you will not have to deal with the similarly titled “Ambassador Home Conversions” as that was also dissolved whilst under Julian’s control as director in 2020. Leaving substantial gaps which he attempted to fill with wood, before I stopped him. 2. Walls that have been plastered and are very clearly out of true. 3. A staircase that has been butchered and now has to have work to repair or replace. 4. Door frames that are not square (or level). 5. Lack of cavity closers in any of the window apertures 6. Disappearing from site for a few weeks to leave our unroofed kitchen filling with water. 7. Boarding and plaster applied to walls that haven’t been cleaned or sealed, meaning that the wall covering was able to come off by hand 8. Not using Aqua board in either the en-suite or family bathroom. These now have to be stripped out and replaced. 9. Working in absolute filth, finding crisp wrappers from his team stuffed in our cavity walls 10. Window reveals which have been plastered and are crooked. 11. Complete lack of grip and control of our project. These are some of the low lights of working with Julian and I have significantly more which I have kept a record of. We have a new team of builders now who have come in to rescue our dream home project which Julian has all but destroyed. If you do decide to ignore the above and contract him to work for you, be prepared for financial and project mismanagement and for him to repeatedly lie to you. Absolutely disgraceful and a disgrace to the wider building trade and professional tradespeople. I hope we never see him again and wish we had never met him
