I ordered some Innersense hair products, which for some reason didn’t arrive. So I contacted Amelia Nour and Meesha told me that it looked like my parcel got lost in transit, and that she was gonna send me another batch out with some free samples, which she did. Although that parcel took a while to come, when it finally arrived she had included another innersense product that I had never even considered buying before and that I absolutely love, so thank you for making up for the mishap. It was the first time I had ever ordered from them, so it definitely won’t be the last now.
