Absolutely disgraceful company. They take your money and disappear without delivering any service. After initial contact and payment, they stop responding to emails, calls, or messages. Their website becomes inaccessible, and you’re left with no product, no refund, and no way to reach them. Many customers have had the same experience, and no accountability is ever shown.
