I'm giving 4 stars only because they didn't update the status or respond to first email or phone call. That said...please understand the increase in demand for ammo was the culprit. I spoke to employee and they have been working 7 days a week 24 hours a day and over 4000 emails/phone calls a day. Once I heard this I understood why no responses. They are trying to get to every order as soon as possible. I did receive my order and on the day she started I should receive it. I'll order again but exercise more patience. Kudos to this companies employees!
