Absolutely excellent communication (I used the chat), and actions to back up the promises. I had an opening game for a local arena and needed equipments last minute. They verbalized understanding of the situation, handled my order at a lightening speed, I had the items next day (I live in Buffalo, N.Y.). I have been a customer for more than 5 years so far. (I hope they get to rest sometimes as well - burnout is no joke!)
