I had some shipping issues due to a local ordinance (not Amped's fault) and Amped provided some of the best, and most friendly, customer service I've ever received. We got the problem resolved, and even had a nice chat about the cities we live in, both of which we've both been to.
In the process, they noticed that my cart had both a Wolverine MTW and a custom IGL, and they pointed out that the IGL is not compatible, saving me time, money, and headaches.
I'm going to be buying a lot more from Amped.
