Owner is rude and unhelpful. Very dismissive. Once tried to return my car with more warning lights on than it started then told me these were normal lights that are always on...
Previously was waiting for a part to fix my airbag - I was told it was ok to wait months for this part as 'you're not planning to use the airbag anyway are you?'. Perhaps meant as a joke but completely inappropriate.
Other staff have always been kind and helpful.
