I ordered a carpet last year and unfortunately very soon after my sister had a heart attack. Anderson's were so understanding of the situation and actually kept the carpet in storage for over a year while I went down to stay with my sister and eventually got my bedroom decorated and could have the carpet fitted. Still need curtains but very pleased with the end result. Bedroom furniture is previous purchase from Anderson's.
