I've used Andertons several times over the years. I'm a distance shopper as I live in Cornwall. There has been a couple of hick ups, but in fairness they were supply problems and out off Andertons control and I felt I might have been unnecessarily shitty with them on one occasion. Their prices are very competitive, staff are extremely friendly and helpful and if the item you want is in stock you're get it pronto. I recently purchased a new Fender bass from them which was 3 days after their estimated delivery time, but again supply problems. Lets cut some slack, Andertons have to rely on suppliers and importers alike. Andertons, whats not to like?
