Wish I had carried out some research before we used Andrew James Carrol of AJC Architectural Services.
He couldn't make basic measurements and would not listen when I questioned why his first plans fell into my neighbours property, until I refused to progress until he revisited and confirmed he was incorrect.
He then applied for the wrong planning that was refused and as our agent would not respond to our emails or continue communication with the planning department.
Don't waste your time and money.
Nobody can argue with honest feedback.
