Very ecstatic by the item's quality and delivery speed. I had bought a mid-length driver's coat in black. It took 4 days for the item to be delivered here in Hawaii, which is truly awesome. Customer service deserves equal appreciation. Responded to every query frequently, although I was anticipating the communication to be difficult because of email exchanges. But they really did a great job!
