Please do not buy from this company, it's a scam! Ordered 2 jackets based on their using their size guide. The jackets are too big. I requested a refund in accordance with their refund policy, they suggested an exchange, keeping items that do not fit properly or they would refund as requested. I requested a refund for one and an exchange for the other. Now they are ignoring all my correspondence, they will not provide details of how and where to return and I am stuck with 2 jackets that are useless to me! I have reported them to Trading Standards and have started the process of legal action against them as they are not abiding by their own policy. I do not recommend this company to anyone, it is a scam and I will now hear from my legal representative in accordance with English Law. ** I WILL BE LEAVING NEGATIVE REVIEWS EVERYWHERE I CAN.
