I am very unhappy with Angels Jacket. I have been trying to return two jacket that are poorly done and won't fit. But despite having a return portal, I have been unable to return the jacket.
I received an email telling me a customer service person would be in touch with me to help me with my query and nothing.
I tried the portal 3 time s and always the same story.
I emailed, no answer, I called only a voicemail. And still no one to talk to and return my jackets. I start to believe this is a fraudulous shop.
