Always good service but on Black Friday I ordered a few minutes after midnight and all went through ok. Most of what I ordered was in stock and the sizes I wanted, only to be told late afternoon that some of it was out of stock. Why does that happen? I had already told my granddaughter that her presents from me we're going to be fine then came the disappointment.
