I ordered a tutu for my daughter and although the quality was good I think it needs to be made clearer or restructured on the waistline I ordered th appropriate size yet the weight of the tutu pulled it down so we had to send it back . Also the elastic was all twisted around the waistline which was another added issue ... Delivery was promt though !!
