I ordered 2 primrose Tutus for my flowergirls for my wedding in 3 weeks. They are both almost 18months and I ordered them 1-3years.
They are perfect. They look amazing on them both and will grow with them.
The material is so soft and doesn't irritate their legs. And they also get upset when I take them off- so that's always a good sign!
