I have bought many outfits from you in the past and been very happy with them. Sadly, this time I was a little underwhelmed. The tutus looked slightly "tacky" and the Harriet skirt was all crumpled and will need a little press before I give it to my great niece. The cardigan also looks a little on the cheap side. You have charged quite highly for products that lack the appropriate quality. They were, however, delivered promptly.
