I had ordered 2 hats for my daughter. She’s 2,5 years old and I had ordered size 2-4 years. They run small. I couldn’t find measurements for hats on Angle’s Face website, so as a customer I don’t have change to know the sizing for hat before I shop it. But to return it I have to pay shipping which cost around 15-20€ from Slovakia. Sorry, but you are supposed to pay it for me as a company doesn’t give me enough/complete informations before I do shopping. This is not a good marketing and customers service as you’re trying to present your company. So, as a customer, now I only have choices: to pay expensive shipping for return or keep hats which I couldn’t use.
