The worse customer service I had experienced. My parcel item was missing. They keep making excuses not to refund me. Even dodging the issue. It had been over 2weeks with no results, I even provided them with evidence and Royal mail complaints. Still no refund. I saw that others had this issue with this company. I Wish I had read the reviews before hand. If anyone want more details on the issue. Please contact me. I now looking to take it further.
