I placed two large orders from Annie's Hallmark, expecting to receive the new Ty Beanie Babies II. That's not what I received. Approximately 20% of the items were severely damaged, and totally worthless. It's obvious that they pulled them off their instore shelves, which had already been picked over. When bringing this to their attention, they were adamant that they weren't used, even though I had the pictures to prove it. They went as far as blaming me. Ridiculous! They were nothing but rude, and insulting!
