Loved the new ducks print though I felt the quality of the china mug was not as high as for mugs bought previously from Anorak; the glaze noticeably rough on the handles. Also, one of the mugs had a clear imperfection in the glaze at the base of the mug. Delivery by UKMail : fairly quick after placing order. I missed delivery and had to rearrange online ( system was a little confusing) . When I received the parcel , the box was damaged on one corner and the boxed contents ( gift boxed mugs) were distorted which was a shame as they were intended as gifts. Will try to buy in stores which stock Anorak next time rather than ordering online.
