I did telephone, all the lines were busy and I was told someone would call back but I have not received a reply. I wanted to enquire about the offer of a flat purse with purchases over a certain amount but at checkout was told it did not apply to the items I wanted to purchase. by the time I had waited for the return telephone call the offer had been withdrawn. The kissing hedghogs picnic rug was delivered promptly and as advised.
