Despite the fact they have some problems with online voucher codes at times(! - bear with them if this happens to you!), I'm always happy with Anorak's service. Their products are very good quality, and I'm a fan of their very practical items (plates, draft excluders, oven gloves, etc) as much as their more fun stuff (I miss the jotters!). I consider them quite pricey, overall, but (a) everything I've had's been of excellent quality, and (b) they do have some really good sale prices - which is how I know that some of the more expensive items are good value. Innovative, fun designs and the staff are always responsive (and friendly) if there's a problem or query, so I rate them very highly.
