There have been some delivery issues with my parcel -when I contacted Anoraks they were so helpful, and looked into the issues and called me back when they said they would. It is nice to have a very positive experience of customer service - I would highly recommend them as good company to deal with. I have not had my parcel yet so have not been able to see my products which is why my rating is good and not very good. I would definitely shop with them again.
