The customer service I received from Nikki in particular was absolutely outstanding! Her responses & willingness to help me with my order was terrific & so appreciated. Given the time difference here in New Zealand, she was very accomodating. The items arrived in great time & all items are just perfect! I can't wait to give some of them as gifts to family who originate from the UK (+ I kept some myself as they were too lovely to give away)!
