All the products you sent me (and there were quite a few...couldn't help myself!) were just beautiful in their design and a fantastic quality that you just know is going to last.
One item was missing at the time of despatch. I received an email to warn me of this and explain why, and this item was received within a day or two of the bulk of the order, so I'm impressed by your customer services.
