I placed rather a large sale order... some items went out of stock, so delivery was delayed. I got a call to check this was ok and whether I wanted the rest of my order delivered in the meantime. I wasn't in a rush, so was happy to wait. What I did ask though was to add more items to my open order, so Ruth added them and didn't charge delivery. Part of my order then went missing with the courier - along with some other people's, I believe. Ruth called, explained the situation to me and advised a new order was out and on its way. As much as my order was delayed a little, I really appreciated the personalised and proactive service. Plus, this was my first Anorak order and I just love all the patterns!
